Why we founded our Community Support Fund
Many local organisations have found that the last few years have had a very large negative impact on their fundraising, while at the same time demand for their services has increased.
A difficult challenge for all concerned. Estate agency is part of the fabric of the local community, helping families and homeowners of all ages move onto the next chapter of their lives. It's a people business and the people that work in this wonderful industry know the value of being able to assist individuals and groups through both joyous and, sometimes, more challenging times.
Supporting our local community and area is close to our hearts.
Hailsham Cricket Club
Crane & Co are proud to have been supporting Hailsham Cricket Club for a number of years now. The club is an inclusive, family friendly club.
They have four adult League teams who play on Saturdays in the East Sussex Leagues, a friendly Sunday team, a long running cricket week and two 20/20 teams.
Their junior program is ever expanding and in 2022 they will run seven junior teams including two girls teams to cater for cricketers of all ages (4-14), genders and abilities.
Part of our support has included producing a video about the club and launching this through a joint social media campaign.

Hailsham Bowling Club
Originally set up in Hailsham in 1923, it is friendly club with a six rink green located in the centre of the town.
New members are welcome whether they are experienced bowlers or novices who are keen to try a new activity.
Crane & Co have sponsored the club for many years now and have supported the production of their yearbook and scorecards. In addition we have produced a video for the club to help them attract new members.
Hailsham Tennis Club
Located in the heart of the town, Hailsham Tennis Club has something to offer all players - from the very beginner, to the seasoned adult member or the up and coming junior players.
Crane & Co are proud to have been one of the first sponsors of the tennis club and have enjoyed being involved ever since. More recently, we have produced a video for the club to help promote it in the local area. Why not take a look by clicking on the link below?

Hellingly Rugby Club
Hellingly Rugby Club was created in 1974 by a group of three rugby fanatics, who over a few too many pints in the local pub in Hellingly, decided that they should set up a rugby team.
40 years later, Hellingly Rugby Club have established themselves in Sussex Rugby, running 2 men's teams and a thriving minis & youth section.

Hailsham Choral Society
Hailsham Choral Society is a lively choir with some 60 members singing a repertoire from Bach to the Beatles and beyond.
They perform at least four main concerts during the year, with programmes featuring anything from Bach to Rogers and Hart.
They’re a sociable lot too and enjoy music workshops, coffee mornings, quizzes and even the odd pint of beer or glass of wine (or two)!
Crane & Co are proud to have sponsored Hailsham Choral Society's 60th anniversary concert, and look forward to continuing to support future events and activities.

Hailsham Festival
Hailsham Festival is a celebration of talent, creativity and imagination rooted in Hailsham.
Taking place every year with numerous events including live music, an art and discovery trail, ballet, creative writing and much more. In 2022 Crane & Co are proud to have supported an afternoon of live music - Party in the Garden.
Hailsham Community College
Hailsham Community College is a coeducational all-through school and sixth form with academy status located in the heart of Hailsham.
Providing pre-school, primary, secondary and sixth form education, the college is able to cater for children aged 2 to 18.
Hawkes Farm Academy
Hawkes Farm is a popular two form primary school in Hailsham.
It is a great school where all of the staff passionately believe that an outstanding education is one of the most precious gifts a child can receive.
Hailsham Foodbank
Nobody in our community should have to face going hungry.
Hailsham Foodbank support local people who are referred to them in crisis.
They are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.
We have been proud to support the foodbank with donations to help top up their supplies of essential items and also ran an Easter competition raising a further £810. We look forward to an ongoing partnership with the foodbank.

A truly wonderful local charity who's mission is to transform end of life care for the people of Eastbourne, Seaford, Hailsham, Uckfield, Heathfield and all the points in between serving a population of 235,000 people.
Your Raise Me Up
The charity’s sole purpose is to raise funds to support families that have suffered the loss of an adult child between the age of 16 and 25. We're proud to be able to call ourselves a 'Charity Partner' to this incredible support team.
Computers For Kids
A campaign launched by Crane & Co in 2021 to encourage businesses and individuals who can afford to help, to join us in providing essential computers to local Hailsham schools. We have personally bought and donated 36 laptops so far...
